Common questions · Getting started

Contact, answered.

What happens on the introductory call?

Twenty minutes, usually by phone. You talk; the team listens: what's on your mind, what you're working toward, and whether 755's coordinated practices actually fit it. If the fit isn't right, the team says so.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. No documents, no statements, no forms. If you're not sure what to ask, that's normal; most first conversations start exactly there.

What does a first conversation cost?

Nothing. An introductory conversation carries no fee and no obligation; it exists so both sides can tell whether the fit is right.

Who reads what I send?

A member of the 755 team at the Woodstock office. Introductions go to the firm directly, not to a call center, and never onto a marketing list.

Prefer to talk it through?

Or just call the office.

Monday through Friday, nine to five Eastern, evenings and weekends by appointment.
